With the recent hiccups behind us now, all is good at 222 Liverpool St. The walls - thanks dad!! - are finished and floors sealed. The corks are back on display. The Christmas tree is back by popular demand - 120 Grolsh bottles later... burp... :-) We've decided to take on the Home Brew Beer Competition at the upcoming Tasmanian Beer Fest in November 2010. Entry forms will be available soon from the shop. Get brewing now as there is only 3 months to go. Details for the categories will be posted soon - keep an eye out on this space HAPPY DAYS!!! Jay is keen to see how the brews are done at the James Squire 'Bounty' in Salamanca so he can finally use all our full mash gear - which was supposed to be up and running by now - sorry.
