BASIC KITS ($55.00):-This kit contains a fermenter, airlock, snap tap, Coopers beer mix, 120 crown seals, steriliser, hand capper, hydrometer, digital thermometer and comprehensive instruction sheet with a list of popular commercial style beer copies. The basic kit contains enough equipment to start your brewing career. All you need to add is a brewing sugar of your choice, water and glass pry off beer bottles. All the items in the kits are available separately so you can upgrade your kit as time allows. DELUXE BEER KITS ($140.00):-This kit contains a fermenter, airlock, snap tap, Coopers beer mix, 120 crown seals, bench capper, hydrometer, steriliser, digital thermometer, immersion heater, bottle brush, funnel, sugar measure, brewer's bottler and a comprehensive laminated instruction sheet that also tells you how to put the components together. The extra equipment in the deluxe kit makes life a lot easier to consistently make great beer. The heater allows for brewing in Winter and the capper will do twist and pry off glass beer bottles and stubbies. CUSTOMISE A KIT FOR YOUR
OWN NEEDS For example, you may choose to buy the deluxe kit but want to bottle into plastic, thereby not needing the capper. This would save you $40. As a matter of interest the cost of the capper for twist top bottles is similar to 5 dozen plastic bottles with reusable lids and you only need 3 dozen for a batch. or A saving of $45 could be made if you have somewhere warm to brew e.g. near the hot water service or in a sun room as we can sell the kit without the heater.
