Check out the table below for a quick reference guide!!!  A lot of our brewers have sent these in.  They are by no means exact but go pretty close as judged by the many repeat offenders doing them.

Please note...
These are just combinations of sugars that we prepack for you.
Half n Half = 500g dextrose and 500g light malt extract that gives medium weight beer with 5%
Half n Light = 500g dextrose 250g light malt extract and 250g dried corn syrup that gives medium weight beer at 4%
Half n Wheat = 500g dextrose and 500g wheat malt extract that gives a drier beer at 5%
