AUSTRALIAN WHEAT - A good example of the Australian Wheat Beer, pale in colour, tight white head and a slightly acidic finish to truly draw the taste buds. A good beer to savour on a warm summer's day

PILSENER - Clean and crisp in flavour, this pale, light bodied beer is ideal for the hot and thirsty Australian summer. Upper range bitterness enhances the crisp finish.

LAGER - A pale, delicately hopped Australian style lager with a particularly clean finish. It is supplied with an optional 'Dry Enzyme' to further promote the superb finish.

DRAUGHT - A true Aussie Draught that is perfectly balanced in malt and hop flavour producing a beer that looks and tastes great. It is amber in colour with a mid range bitterness.

BITTER ALE XXX - Australia's favourite has just the right amount of bitterness to quench a real thirst. It's pale, has a glorious head and works hard in the glass and it tastes great on tap as well.

DINNER ALE - Strong and robust in character due to it's heavy reliance on hops an malt, this ale was designed to satisfy the older style Resch's drinker.

OLD - A very rich dark ale with terrific roast grain flavour, it's no wonder that the  Hunter old drinkers rave about this beer. Australia's best selling home brewed old.

STOUT - Good roast character and full rounded flavour. Not as dry or bitter as Guinness, this one lets you tinker with ingredients to produce a sweeter stout like Sheaf or Murphy's.
