WHITES:-
CHARDONNAY - Now includes oak as an option for a rounded vanillian oak structure that is smooth and dry, with a pleasant acidity.
CHAMBLAISE - Crisp and dry, with a delicate finish which makes it a perfect accompaniment to cream sauce dishes, light cheeses, seafood and delicate meats
RIESLING - Dry, medium bodied and modestly acidic, with a noticeable fruitiness
SAUVIGNON BLANC - Clean, fruity aroma, distinctive grassy bouquet. A crisp fresh tasting wine with a wonderful fruit character.
REDS:-
CABERNET SAUVIGNON - Bold deep character. A classic wine to share with friends over a hearty dinner
MERLOT - Deep red in colour with black cherry and berry aromas and full fruit intensity. Ideal with lamb, red meats and spicy tomato sauce dishes
PINOT NOIR - Very fruity, yet spicy characteristics and has a velvety fullness of aroma with hints of black currents
