DRAUGHT
A full and flavoursome
beer displaying a clean, crisp taste with a subtle, bitter flavour. Coopers
Draught displays a good head with a fresh, bright colour. This style is
sometimes better described as a draught bitter.
REAL
ALE
Coopers Real Ale displays
a solid head and a distinctive, full-bodied flavour and soft, fruity character.
A true ale in style and colour.
BITTER
An old, traditional
English style with aromatic hops and an especially large dose of malt. Bitter is
a dark 'ruby' colour with a strong, refreshing flavour.
CLASSIC
OLD DARK ALE
Made with a
selection of superior roasted malts from the finest South Australian two-row
barley. Combined with selected Tasmanian hops this produces a dark, full and
flavoursome beer called Classic Old Dark.
STOUT
A fine example of the
robust, full-flavoured Stout family. The unique, dark texture is produced by a
specially roasted black malt.
