LAGER - Straw coloured, clear lager. Well balanced malty flavour with floral hop aroma and medium bitterness and body. A crisp, fresh and clean lager.
PALE ALE - A moderately hopped, lighter bodied ale. Easy drinking, pleasant aroma, clean and uncomplicated. This was previously called the Draught.
COUNTRY NEW - Nice hop to malt balance, not to bitter. Crisp finish, fresh aroma with an excellent hop flavour.
PALE RIDER WHEAT BEER - Pale coloured lager style wheat beer. Beautiful Tight, creamy white head, full bodied with a clean well hopped finish and fine aroma without phenolics.
DIGGERS BITTER - The first choice for brewers looking for that bit of bite. This pale well hopped exhibits exceptional hop flavour and aroma, whilst not ignoring hop/malt balance.
MABBOTS ALE - Formally called St Arnou ale after the patron saint of brewers and now named after David Mabbot a well known and award winning home brewer who has now unfortunately moved on to the great brewery in the sky. This delightful amber ale has a full round pallet. As well as isomerised hop extract, this beer contains selected varietal hop oils. This fine beer exhibits a fine hop/malt balance.
TEXAS-T BLACK ALE - A 'black' drinkers special, going back to the roots of the hunter in both appearance and flavour. The addition of fresh hops and chocolate grain as well as the special extra dark malt powder give this beer it's unique well rounded flavour.
BLACK STUMP STOUT - This opaque black stout exhibits all the essential stout characteristics, from the positive hop nose to the classic roast grain flavours, with extra full body and slightly harsh nutty flavour. The complexity of the finish makes this one for stout lovers.
