BLENDED WHISKY - A quality whisky, drunk neat or on the rocks. Has a slight peaty flavour.
BOURBON - Would stand up well in the Southern States. Subtle variations can be made by adding a little sugar for sweetness and a little oak to mellow.
CHILLI VODKA - A very trendy drink. In winter you receive warmth from the vodka and also a lovely chilli/pepper after taste.
CITRUS VODKA - Copies the very popular commercial lemon vodka. Serve from the freezer and drink on the rocks, especially in summer.

GIN - Refreshingly mellow with a clean finish. Add a little sugar to soften the taste.

MATURED BRANDY - Extremely popular. Not as sweet as the other varieties and can be further improved with a little oak essence.
TEQUILA - A full flavoured Mexican essence. All that is required is the worm. This tequila has fast become a favourite.
